The Umachaka Media Inc's expansion strategy is based upon the initial offering of free and low cost content in order to build up its user base and to foster parent, grandparent and children's enjoyment and familiarity with the TJ & Pals Brand. In addition, this strategy is designed to encourage children to engage with the characters, build bonds with them, and seek additional content.

The initial implementation of this strategy has been accomplished through the introduction of the BETA test website and the initial apps. The Company is ready to launch a substantial marketing, public relations and internet social media campaign to promote awareness of the site and to attract users. It will also continue to develop and provide free content and sell premium TJ & Pals products to leverage consumer familiarity and to expand the brand as described above as well to provide commercial merchandising and sponsorship opportunities.
