Board of Advisors
|
Umachaka Media, Inc has just initiated a business advisory board. Robert S. Ehrlich has experience as an accountant, an attorney and as an investment banker. He has been involved with public companies since the late 1960s, both as an investment banker and as the chief financial officer and a director of Mattel, where he was instrumental in helping to uncover fraudulent practices in the preparation of certain of that company's financial statements, and he continued to serve as a director of Mattel through the late 1980s. After leaving Mattel, Mr. Ehrlich founded his own boutique investment banking company and became a director of certain of the companies involved in his investment banking business. Mr. Ehrlich ultimately became the Chairman and CEO of Fresenius Inc. ["FMS" NYSE] and of PSCX NASDAQ. Mr. Ehrlich has been Chairman of the Board of Arotech Corporation since January 1993 and Chief Executive Officer since October 2002. From May 1991 until January 1993, Mr. Ehrlich received a B.S. and J.D. from Columbia University in New York, New York. Mr. Ehrlich's background and experience make him a valued asset on Umachaka Media Inc.’s advisory board. Robert’s Opinion on the Business Potential of TJ&Pals: "TJ & Pals is a wonderful new brand for kids. It is fun, the most important consideration for successful introduction of a new way for kids to play. It is interactive, online and designed to be an exciting, expanding series of apps for play, learning, teaching and exploitation of the brand into a major cash machine. Kids will easily relate to TJ and friends and will have fun while subliminally benefiting from the wonderful format that has been developed. Parents and teachers will love the medium as a way to reach and interact with children in a warm, safe, friendly and fun way to play and learn. Once TJ is well established online, on iPads and mobile phones and TV it will grow exponentially into a major kids brand with enormous commercial rights flowing naturally from the brand. Unlike the new wave of internet sites that generate great traffic but don't have a business model that lends itself to generating large revenues, TJ has built in many direct money making by-products, such as toys, games, e-books, videos, movies, franchised "learn as you play" centers, theme parks and other products. Even though I am not an expert on ESL, using TJ & Pals to teach English internationally to young children has a huge and profitable potential. As a former toy company executive it seems to me to be a homerun as a new brand."
